Lighthouse Student Ministries Pastor/Director
(full-time)
Reports to: Lead Pastor
Purpose: The Lighthouse Student Ministries Pastor exists to lead and guide students (6th-12th grade) and their parents to be fully integrated into Lighthouse Community Church’s mission.
The Lighthouse Student Ministries Pastor will bring leadership and strategy to Lighthouse Student Ministry, including students, parents and team members.

- Work with Lighthouse Kids Director to help transitions flow smoothly from Lighthouse Kids to Lighthouse Students
- Tithing income to Lighthouse Community Church
- Be involved in the Lighthouse community through small groups

Work Breakdown:
Leadership Responsibilities 30% (12 Hours)
- Sunday Mornings
- Attend Church
- Connect with Students and Parents at service
- Sunday Evenings - Youth Group Gathering
- Teen Discipleship
- Summer Camp
- Care for team, students and parents through meetings as needed
Planning/Recruiting 15% (6 Hours)
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new Team Members
- Schedule and Communicate with team through Planning Center and email
- Preparing for Sundays
Staff Responsibilities 15% (6 Hours)
- All-staff and supervisor Meetings
- Appointments as needed/requested
- Check email and staff communication within 24 hours during workweek
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Choose Your Own Adventure 40% (16 Hours)
Lead another ministry based on your spiritual gifts and interests

This role also has the possibility of being a part of the Sunday morning preaching team depending on giftedness, experience and desire.
Pay is dependent on education and experience
